The course focuses on training the trainer who will in the future, be able to teach their units the Combat Lifesaver (CLS) course.
The course consists of theoretical module-presentations, built on the scheme of interactive communication, where the instructor provides mentoring and leadership skills for the group. The course focuses on teaching methods and new content.
The program includes audio-visual presentations, a series of workshops, as well as the development and implementation of Active Scripting.
In the CLS(i) course the teacher-coach shares his experience and the intricacies of the work as an instructor, which are not visible at first sight.
He provides direction that gives students an opportunity to find the necessary solution, generate and implement that solution in practice and thereby generates instructor skills.
